• The limit for an abstract is one page
• The title of the abstract should be a maximum of 20 words.
• All abstracts must be submitted only in English.

By submitting their contribution, the author agrees that it will be published in the conference proceedings under a public Creative Commons license.

Manuscripts will be published in the Conference proceedings.

• The whole paper must not exceed five pages (Including author information, affiliation details and title)
• The title of the paper should be a maximum of 20 words.
• All papers must be submitted only in English.
• The title should not be capitalized, only the first letters in capitals.
• The presenting author's name should be selected as Presenter.
• It is the author's responsibility to submit the paper in perfect order with no errors in spelling or grammar.
• An author can only be a presenter on one oral or poster presentation. However, all authors can be co-authors on other oral presentations and authors on multiple poster presentations.

Participants presenting an oral contribution are kindly asked to follow these guidelines:

Presentation Length

• Young Scientists Session: 15 minutes total (10 minutes for the presentation, 5 minutes for discussion)
• All Other Sessions: 20 minutes total (15 minutes for the presentation, 5 minutes for discussion).



Language

• All presentations must be delivered in English.



Technical Requirements

• Slides should be prepared in PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) or PDF format.
• Please upload your presentation to the session computer at least 15 minutes before the start of the session .

We are pleased to welcome all participants presenting posters at the Applied Natural Sciences 2025 conference. Please read the following instructions carefully to ensure smooth preparation and presentation of your work.

Poster Size and Orientation

• Maximum dimensions: 111 cm (height) × 86 cm (width)
• Orientation: Portrait only
• Posters larger than these dimensions cannot be accommodated on the display boards.



Poster Sessions

• Session 1: Wednesday, 17 September 2025 – primarily for Young Scientists
• Session 2: Thursday, 18 September 2025
• Each poster will be assigned a number indicating its location on the poster boards.
• EThe complete list of posters and their assigned numbers will be available on the conference website at the beginning of September.



Mounting & Dismounting Instructions

• Wednesday session posters:
  • Mount your poster before the official start of the conference on Wednesday.
  • Dismount your poster by Thursday morning.
• Thursday session posters:
  • Wait until the Wednesday session is over before mounting your poster.
  • Ensure your poster is mounted by the lunch break on Thursday at the latest.
• Mounting materials will be provided by the organisers.
• Please bring your poster already printed — there will be no printing facilities available at the venue.



Young Scientist Poster Prize

• The Scientific Committee will award a prize for the best poster of the conference, with special consideration for presentations by Young Scientists in Session 1.
